'Raku' means ‘easy’ in Japanese, and these jigs certainly deliver on their name. Williamson Lures Raku jigs are set to follow in the footsteps of the popular Benthos and Abyss ranges of metal jigs from the same company. These unique jigs fall into the ‘slow jig’ category and can be fished in a variety of ways and environments. They are flat on one side, creating a seductive ‘flutter’ mimicking a wounded baitfish as they drop through the water column, causing predatory species like snapper, blue cod, hapuka and kingfish to take notice. Raku jigs come with a vibrant octopus skirt and tinsel flash that provide an irresistible action, plus a quality two-hook assist rig built to last. Williamson Raku Jigs are available in four sizes (60, 120, 160 and 200 gram) and in five baitfish-profiled colours (black/silver, blue/pink/silver, chartreuse/glow, pink/glow and black/purple).
