And the Mebaru series is made a softer tapered to set the hook automatically. It is also prepared a tubular and a solid model in the both series. A tubular type, you can feel the fish bite easily because of its harder tip than a solid one. But a solid model set the hook easily than a tubular. You can choose the type depending on the features of the your target fish or your fishing style.
