We have created an ideal action response of the Bay Ruf S-80 by embedding part of the line-eye into the lip and adding a sub-weight on the outer part of the body center. The flat form and heavy body weight creates a big rolling action, during both slow and fast retrieval. The angler can also create a flashing effect with some rod work, inducing a reaction bite from the fish. This is a bay area sinking minnow which is a user friendly lure for its controllability while having enough flexibility to those anglers who want to use it more actively.
