I belive that there are four genera (Acipenser, Huso, Pseudocaphirhynchus, and Scaphirhynchus) not just three genera. They are also 24 species in this family not 27 species. Also their bone are mainly cartilage which are not heavily ossify. They have heterocercal tail and intestine with spiral valve! Not only that the eggs are delicious, the meat of sturgeon are also delicious!
