หลายท่านอาจเคยได้ยินเรื่องเล่าขานในแต่อดีต ของ Jack-the ripper ผู้มีชื่อเสียงเรียงนามในดินแดนแห่งเกาะอังกฤษ ครั้นจะให้เล่าท้าวความถึงที่มาที่ไปของชื่อเสียงนี้ ก็คงจะกินพื้นที่บรรยายไปหลายบรรทัดแน่ๆ เอาเป็นว่าทริปนี้ ก็มีชื่อเสียงเรียงนามเกิดขึ้นใหม่ในแวดๆ วงๆ ตีเหยื่อปลอม ณ ระยอง นั่นก็คือ “Jack Jig เหน็บ” 
โฉมหน้าก็หล่อเหลาเอาการน่ะครับ [Subtitle: Many of our folks may have heard the name of “Jack-the ripper”, who was so famous in England. ผมชอบแนวความคิดแบบนี้เป็นอย่างมากเลยครับ ผมเข้าใจแล้วครับว่า “การตกปลาอย่างยั่งยืน” ภายใต้ชื่อของการจัดการแข่งขันในครั้งนี้ แท้จริงแล้ว เป็นอย่างไร และตั้งแต่นี้ต่อไป ผมขออุทิศตน ให้เป็นอีกคนหนึ่งที่จะลงมือปฏิบัติเปลี่ยนรูปแบบการตกปลาของตัวผมเอง ให้เป็นการตกปลาแบบยั่งยืนต่อไปครับ และ “เราทุกคน ก็ช่วยกันทำได้” [Subtitle: I like this kind thinking method. Now, I fully understood that what is the truly meaning of “Sustainable Fishing” in accordance with the name of this tournament. From now and onward, I will devote myself taking action changing my own fishing style to comply with the sustainable fishing onward. And, “Together, we can do it.”] และที่ผมเลือกให้กระทู้นี้ถูกบันทึกไว้ในวันที่ 1 ก.ค. 58 นี้ ก็เนื่องจากเป็นวันที่ผมอยากให้การประมงไทยเกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลง อย่างน้อยๆ ก็ให้เดินตามกรอบ ตามกติกาที่ถูกบัญญัติไว้นานมาแล้ว แต่จะมีชาวประมงซักกี่คนที่ประพฤติปฏิบัติตนอยู่ในกรอบ ในกติการัฐที่บัญญัติไว้ ผมได้เรียนรู้มาเป็นอย่างดีจากเหตุการณ์น้ำมันรั่วไหลลงทะเลเมื่อครั้งที่ผ่านมาจากประสบการณ์จริง
