It has been almost a year since I left USA. First of all I have to apologize for my Thai typing skill (very poor), so I prefer in English otherwise it will take a very long time to finish typing.
October 31 last year, I had been fishing with Tigerfish Sportfishing Boat of Half moon Bay, California. We targeted rock fish which we can find a lot of species in Northern California. On that date, I got a limit of two Ling cods. In California, you can keep only 10 fish plus two extra Ling cods. I also got Tiger rock fish which is very hard to find one recently. Tiger rock fish..............very very rare
Captain Al told me many people have been looking this fish for ten years but they could not get one. He told me to make it as a trophy and hang on the wall but I checked the price was $300, so I preferred to serve it on table
Another Ling Cod which were bigger than the first one. For Ling cod, the minimum size is 2 feet long that you can keep otherwise we have to let it go back to the ocean.
